Come See Me in the Good Light is a very special film about the late poet Andrea Gibson as they battle a terminal illness. Please do not be put off by this summary. It is a film, at its core, a love story, and a film about love. This film won audience favorite at Sundance and then was nominated for an Oscar which is a great honor.
This film had an interesting finish. We did a pass in the middle of shooting to help raise investor funds and then again for a finish when it premiered at Sundance and we finished it YET AGAIN for Dolby Vision HDR when it was squired by APPLE. This is the first time I've had to finish a film three times!
